1st Day in Seoul--an energetic young metropolis
Now it's time to record some flash back journals of this trip.
What brought us to such a Korea trip was honestly the power of K-pop for a flaring sake of graduation trip.
We actually set off from Hong Kong on the early morning (01.00 HKT) and took the red-eye flight to Seoul at local time around 6.00. It was a night of insomnia. I barely slept for a minute in the cabin. So I listened to all the K-pop songs on the flight to "warm-up" a bit.
After the torturing settling in Hostels, getting traffic cards and having money exchanged, we finally got to seize on the afternoon daylight and officially started our visiting. (P.S. And we indeed almost crammed our visiting schedule as MUCH as possible thus we visited in tight schedule.)
We hanged around in two universities, Honggi University and Ewhua University. I shall say Korean university students are soooooo lucky, for there are uncountable cafes, shopping spots and other conceivable entertainment services just around the university community, let alone the BEAUTIFUL campus.
We got lost every now and then. But until we asked the way, we surprisingly found that English barely worked there. At that moment, our broken Korean which was picked up from Korean dramas miraculously helped us all the way.
The title picture was took around the university communities. Neolights, youngsters' tipsy laughters, and sweet young love-birds whispers livened up the blocks until breaking dawn.
The first impression I had for Seoul: a popping energetic metropolis.
