Back to the Madness.

Well my day off is clearly over. First thing this morning, even before my coffee, I have a full ER and a post surgery patient to evac. Apparently a MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambushed Protected Vehicle) rolled over west of our hospital and the results are a full chart rack right in time for shift change. So after running around like a mad man starting IVs, drawing lab samples, and ordering radiology exams I have to get this post surgery guy ready to fly out. After this picture I finally got my morning coffee.(Of course we where out of sugar...)
