Snow on the Ochils (and everywhere else)

Today was mainly taken up with cutting wood. We did have a wee walk for an hour or so. Much milder today but a fairly strong wind certainly raised the chill factor a bit.

I'm still enjoying the snow. I know that it can be problematic but I love the way that it has transformed the landscape.

We have hugely upped the volume of food that we are giving the wild birds. Today we had a flock of about 18 yellowhammers visit. Yesterday we saw 4 Jays near the house. We have never seen them in winter before.
