Saltire scholars

I spent the day with 150 fired up, intelligent, talented young people. Before the Saltire Foundation scholars head out on international internships for the summer, they come together in Glasgow for their leadership training day.

When I did it 6 years ago, there were only 20 of us. It's been amazing to watch and help it grow over the years and see the before and after transformation take place.
