I've had the same dream several times, people arrive for our
holiday cottage, only to find there are already people
staying there. Well yesterday, this nightmare came true. A
message on my phone in the evening from the guests who i had
arriving next Saturday, to say they couldn't find the house.
I'm sure you can imagine the sinking feeling....We decided to
propose they stay in our house (kind of like an upgrade!). We
then sent them off to eat at our local bistro, giving
ourselves 2 hours to transform our home into a clean viable
rental property. Thankfully the cattery took Boris, and we
have been taken in by friends A & W into their little
holiday cottage. Think of it as a little holiday?!
