7am Sunday !

Was woken at twenty to seven this morning by a whimpering dog !
Cleared out the room they sleep in yesterday so I can freshen it up with a lick of paint, and decided to try the dogs sleeping outside in their large pen which has a big bed full of straw for them to snuggle down in. It was late when I took them out so they settled no problem, but the bright sunshine and twittering of birdies must have made them think it was time to be let out for an early morning romp around the garden at very early o, clock. First time I have been up at six forty in a long time! It is a beautiful morning after the very heavy rain last night, so I'm not too annoyed at losing some beauty sleep. Fudge the cat was delighted to get a birds eye view from the upstairs window at the dawn chorus swooping around the house!
