Annual ceremony

It was a day to celebrate the excellent sales representatives who performed very well the past fisical year 2013.
My mother was one of them (actually one of the most honored lady winning a special prize to be introduced in the company's hall of fame of insurance sales) so it was nice to see her here too.
Yesterday's announcement acquiring Protective Life was very well recieved among the sales reps when our top management explained the rational of the transaction. The main message was that "We have done something another Japanese insurer cannot do remaining to be mutuals. Our challengese will make a big difference in the long run.".
Happy to hear that too.

My mother contributes a lot more to the company than I do, but I'm happy I still do.
