It looks worse than it tasted

Still stuck in the flat watching the rain... I attempted to make venison stew, sort of, I made it with some chilli oil, a green pepper, paprika, Italian Herbs, one of THOSE hot chillis and the last of my Double Cresta Porter but the venison did not cook very well and was very rubbery so I blended it up and made it into a sort of sauce for some spaghetti. It tasted quite good actually!
