Mr & Mrs Swan...

...and family :-)

Early awake this morning and first off sorted through some emails and then went for a run.

After a shower and breakfast we headed to the University for the boys' golf lessons. While the Rooster had his lesson it was coffee chocolate croissant time...well what's the point of going running if not to indulge...did share the croissant with Mr R, so only partly naughty.

While the Buncle golfed we walked round the loch. It was teaming today with babies...baby ducks, swans and squirrels. There was also a rather vain swan exercising in quite particular ablutions...he was flapping those wings, diving right under, turning this way and that and then rising up out of the water and beating those great big wings...what a racket they make.

After a spot of grocery shopping headed home just in time as the weather took the forecasted nose dive and the heavens opened.

Trying to get the Barmy Army to watch some motivational movies. Last week it was Chariots of Fire this week I surprisingly found The Inn of the Sixth Happiness, do that was this afternoons activity plus a spot of tidying...that went into the evening.

Finished the day off doing a bit of prep for Sunday School tomorrow.

A fairly busy, productive yet relaxing day.
