beach time

A more active day.

I helped out at the garden centre today as they were all away at a family wedding. It made a nice change, and I felt much more mobile and in much less pain and coped ok with the running about.
This evening I risked a stroll on the beach. It was great to be out again hearing the roar of the waves - and I even felt a spring in my step for a minute.
