Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!

Actually the words that sprang to mind were a bit more colourful.
This thing is bloody amazing. I love it and use it often. And after a brutal gym session today the old IT bands took a bit of a pounding and need straightening out. And that's what's sore. Really sore. But really good. :)
