When the Green Woods Laugh

We ended up visiting Haddo today, but not by the usual means. Instead of driving up from the main entrance at Raxton, we parked in the new car park just off the B9005 near Tanglandford, and walked in (and out) along the newly-opened track through Craigie Wood.

Here we see the lush depths of Craigie Wood on the stroll back to the car park.

A particular hello to daisyglaisy, who we happened to pass on the way heading in the opposite direction: sorry not to have stopped and exchanged a few words as we passed each other on that narrow country road!
