Glasgow Mela 2014

The rain arrived today pretty much as expected.

I arrived at the Mela around 10 past one. Ten minutes later the torrential rain started. 10 minutes after that I left!

Only had a few pictures. I was going to post the one with the man swinging a heavy rock which was suspended from his eyelid. But I couldn't bear to look at it for more than a few seconds so went for this one instead.

It is such a shame for the organisers when bad weather comes along and spoils things. The same thing happened 2 years ago!
