Forecast Foretold!

A visit to Glasgow this morning to meet my sister and niece for lunch. While walking up Buchanan Street I noticed this digital information strip above the Clydesdale Bank. The forecast was spot on .... by the time I was on my way home it was raining hard. What has happened to the sunshine we enjoyed yesterday?
