Rear Window:

Wakened at 6am to the promise of a good day. After breakfast, read J.Archer's The Fourth Estate until my friend S. arrived to visit me. We had a great time catching up on our news.

Lunch was mince and sticky toffee pudding and on the way back from the dining room I took this blip out of the corridor window onto a sunlit little patio.

The rest of the day passed quickly doing codewords and having little naps.
