Near The End

This is the Isle of Man TT Course in the early morning. We are due to have the last day of racing today. The road has not yet shut for racing but in spite of the early hour there are still plenty of visiting motorcyclists on the course.

The location is at Glentrammon in the Parish of Lezayre. The name has the derivation: "the glen of the elder or trammon trees"

However I do not suppose that the racing cyclists who travel along this stretch at something like 130mph will be concentrating too much on the elder trees...
