After a chilled out lunch on the canal in Camden, my lunch partners and I went back to try to find ice cream in the crowded stable house market stalls. No joy. Dejected, we figured we'd pick up something from the shop... And then stumbled on this place.
Chin Chin Labs is a liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour. They have only 4 flavours of ice cream but make them on the spot. Using LN means that they can make the ice cream in a fraction of the time it would take to do so normally, and also: IT'S REALLY FREAKING COOL TO WATCH.
