New Casa Nostra

I have been working hard on applying some recent learning to the roast profiles at BG and also rationalizing out coffee selection due to a couple of disappointing origin crops. There are some exciting new replacements though where crops have obviously yielded some great results. I have also adjusted our blends a little to accommodate a little improvement and this was our latest batch of Casa Nostra straight from the oven!
