Reaching for the sky.

I looked out of my hotel window this morning and noticed this giant crane on an adjacent building site.
What is so amazing is the fact that there doesn't appear to be adequate land available on which to erect another multi story building.
It's incredible how they manage to set these cranes in place given such a small space.

How are they dismantled upon completion of the building?
