Bye Bye

My neighbor across the street called me and sent this photo of our neighbor's (aka The Little Bastard) car getting towed away. He terrorized us for months last0 year and he seems to have moved away although his parents are still here. Hoping the car getting towed means he is gone for good. We are afraid to celebrate too soon but.......hurrah!!!!
