Poppies

What a fine afternoon spent largely in the garden, initially with the lawnmower then later on with a glass of fizz (which we found buried in a cupboard, but tasted fine nevertheless).

Given the date, it's still entirely co-incidental that the first poppy of our summer opened in the garden today...but it does seem appropriate for today's entry.

Had some good bee shots too, but bees can wait.
