Ted In The Saddle

I feel quite good today as I went swimming this morning at Fleetwood pool. After breakfast we went to Fleetwood market before we had fish and chips for lunch.

This afternoon we went for a eight mile bike ride and it is the first time I have been on my Brompton bike this year.

Ted came with me and I am glad to get back to my mothers for a rest.
