Stormy summer sky

I do love summer and one of the reasons for it is also thunderstorms. I wanted to get a good shot of lightning but that's really difficult so here's a stormy sky for you.. maybe next time I'll get it :-)

It was (again) a really hot day today and around 4 it started to get a bit darker and then.... rain and thundeeer!

It paused a bit after 5 and then started again around 7. My dog Eetu went batshit crazy but it didn't really bother Mooses. He's young and smarter braver than his big brother.....

Why is it that when they grow up they (might) get scared more easily? This at least has happened to Eetu and it really sucks... Now he's scared of thunder, fireworks, big noisy trailers and car rides... :(

Ok but too many frowny faces and sad stuff. It's Friday and that's no sad day and I have beer, yaaaay! And my sweeties are all home and the storm is over and Eetu is hopefully feeling better too under our bed. He goes there to hide from all the bad things like thunder or fireworks... it's his safe spot.

...ahhh and there he is now :) just came downstairs to drink lots and lots of water... and apparently he's hungry too :)
