Discovery Bay

Here is another view of our beach at Discovery Bay. It was a cooler, overcast day with some rain but still good weather.

After bible study we headed down to the plaza for a farewell lunch for a dear friend of mine who is leaving. I've known Angie for the past 5 yrs and I don't know if I've ever found anyone, besides GadgetKid, who can read my mind so well and thinks like me. So to say I'll miss her would be a major understatement.

There were many a few tears earlier in the day when we prayed for her and her family and the transition back to the US. But I know I will see her again when I hopefully visit the East Coast of the USA! Have to go back and do that for sure now :)
