Deja Lunch

Working lunches are an occasional feature of life, this week I've prepared them 2 days in a row. Egg and tomato is usually the favourite sandwich, rarely is one left on the plate for my afternoon snack. Today had the added complication of coeliac and vegetarian, but justice was done to the spread (with a few leftovers for me).
