Early morning

Early start this morning, up by 5.30! James went to the Lyme Regis D-Day 70th Anniversary Commemoration Service and I did my yoga quietly thinking of all the brave men and women who fought and worked tirelessly for all that we have today. As we were so early we had a cooked breakfast - I was going to take a photo of full plates but ........... Work and life now awaits, thank goodness and thank you.
