Yesterday's lasagne turned out a treat although I may have overdone the size of my dinner portion! Afterwards it was a struggle to motivate myself to do much of anything but the woofer and I eventually managed a half hearted walk around the block.

It was fortunate that I did as it was looking to be a blip free day until we came across this decorative roof tile from an old Japanese house. This is minogame which is a turtle who is so old he has a train of seaweed growing on his back. The turtle is a symbol of longevity and felicity. Just as well this lazy bones made it off the sofa!

We all eat and it would be a sad waste of opportunity to eat badly.
