Finally!

It looks like there's only one baby hawk this year, but I got lucky and saw the whole family together - one parent was feeding the little one and the other was sitting in the tree watching over them.
Then on our ride we saw a massive snapping turtle on the side of the road. It was so big that it had a chunk of grass growing on its back. I made K stop (of course)and then pose with it for a size comparison. She tapped it with her foot to get it going, and it whipped around and snapped at her - I had no idea they could move like that!
