And breathe

Lunch club busier than usual - one of our team had a horrible car accident on Tuesday - was nudged off the road and down an embankment , overturning on the way down, by a white van driver who did not even stop. She got out with no bones broken thanks to the grace of God - the police couldn't believe she had survived. So lunch club was a much more somber affair today.
This evening we went for a little stroll in Ashridge, to unwind the brain a bit - that place always does me good.
