I'm still back-blipping (I've nearly caught up!)

It was my last day of Jolly Jaunts with Jane and, after dropping my nephews at school, we drove to Leigh-on-Sea in the drizzle. We had a great, very busy day, squelching through the mud in Belfairs Nature Reserve (Jane couldn't resist a paddle in the stream), eating a late breakfast outside in a pretty tea room garden in Old Leigh, walking by the estuary, eating greedy pancakes and ice cream, back to Chelmsford to watch my youngest nephew in class's performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream, then dinner in a pub. It was then, sadly. the end of my stay and I caught the train back to London. A really lovely few days away with my sister, brother-in-law and nephews!
