Suburban meadow

Today was a Kew day.

I arrived just in time to see the cygnets "running" across the lower pond - very funny - and then I came across what I think is a new area of meadow. It made me smile when I saw it this morning and looking at the picture now is making me smile again.

The Estates team at Kew are doing a lot of work to the grounds around the Archives building at the moment and I have to say I love what they've done so far.
