Tasty Treat for a Testy Tern....

.... a joy to watch!

I tried to capture photographs of Terns last year diving and they were just too fast for me.

This was very different. One was sitting calling for the other to bring food and it dutifully did. Down the hatch it went very quickly.

Fortunately I was able to get into a good position while all the noise was going on and before the other bird flew in with the food!
