Two Wets

They may have played to thousands all over the world, but tonight two of Wet Wet Wet were at the Woodend Bowling and Lawn Tennis Club in Jordanhill. The function hall was packed. A great night hearing some of Graeme Clark's own songs, as well as several Wets hits. Accompanied by Graeme Duffin and Ian Duff. Many tales of touring with the guys, and how they went about writing songs. "Love is All Around", "Lip Service" and "Goodnight Girl" had us all singing along. A treat to hear them play.

The light was so dim, I could hardly see, and wished I'd taken a flash gun. This is the best I have, a bit disappointing, but a record of the evening.

And a fitting location to hear during the event that Andy Murray had fought his way through the semis of the French Open.
