Officer cadet

A small group of Royal Photographic Society Members was privileged to witness a small part of Army Officer Cadet training. This was a test of leadership in a situation where command and control was difficult due to noise, fire, smoke and targeted violence. The scenario was a public order event but the session was not intended to teach how to deal with a disturbance.
The exercise was controlled and observed by many instructors.
