Twice in one Day

.......that's, I've been to the beach twice in one day.

Isabella and I took a trip to the beach this morning, where I took this photo. We had a walk before stopping for her to have a drink and snack. We couldn't be too long because I have to pick Oliver up from pre-school at 11.45, but after a quick dash home to prepare a bit of a picnic, we headed out again, this time with Oliver and Daddy in tow.

The wind has picked up a bit this afternoon but it's warm in the sun.

Anway, I'm off to the doctors soon to try to get some medication for my neuralgia.
