Winter Wonderland

All of the snow has come back, woop woop! Not sure what's going on with Harleys eyes in this pic, bit scary though!

Called the breeders tonight about Summer, we have finally made the decision, after days of talking to each other, friends and family, that we would offer Summer a home, if the people who are currently showing an interest in her cannot take her on.

We were pleasantly surprised by peoples reactions, when we were getting Emmy people seemed unsure, a bit wary of such a big dog. This time however most reactions have been the complete opposite, to the point of people saying 'well why are you even thinking about it!!' Seeing these reactions plus knowing we have the time and love to give to Summer our decision was made. We know it will be tough and we will have to make sacrifices here and there but we will love her all the same.

Will keep everyone posted on our progress, there are some people going to see her this week and failing that she will be coming to us.

Had some friends over for drinks this evening which was nice. Emmy turned on the charm and I think she may have just turned another couple into Bernese lovers!!!
