Discipline, David Lloyd, Derriere!

Just been to the gym this morning at David Lloyd. I would take pictures there but I think I needed to be discreet and I did think of asking Rosie my PT to pose for me or possibly take a photo but I was too worn out to ask. (Maybe next time).

So dashed home and came up with this idea. It took several goes positioning with the camera and as DH has all the tripods it was difficult to balance camera so its on the floor and the plank is born.

So, you have my derierre for a change! The amount of time I had to do the plank to get that picture has worn me out even more and now I'm off to work.
