Lovely to see the sun today too, after all that rain yesterday.

I'm delighted for Eimear McBride that she won the Baileys Prize. Hurrah for fiction that pushes at boundaries. I know her novel A Girl is a Half-Formed Thing is difficult, but it's worth persevering, and I think reading it aloud may be a good way to approach it.
