restaurant with a view

Had a very enjoyable lunch under the shade of a vine - welcome in this heat - with a school friend and his wife who now live part of the year in Spain.

Lunch took 3 and a half hours and was in a garden restaurant linked to a chapel - ideal for wedings etc. While the menu was Spanish/Andalucian, the garden was Italianesque in style with statues dotted among the trees.

This one gave a view onto Mojacar through the vines.
