Anniversary

I took the application form for the loan (for a new heatpump), to the bank this morning. I don't think they'll approve it, but I guess there's no harm in trying.

While in town, I had a wander with the camera, and took this photo of some wall art. I'm not sure what the date of June 5, on the slab, being held by the 'statue of Liberty' signifies, but for me it's the 14th anniversary of my mother's death from cancer, and it's also my grandmother's birthday (she died just shy of her 102nd birthday in 2012). Oh, and today is June 5!
