Bath full of water.
We left Lyme Regis late morning and drove up to Bath where we shall be staying for a couple of nights.
We had a trip into the centre this afternoon to have a look round, but it was so wet and awful that we finished up buying new waterproofs for the boys. Considering that they are well used to, and equipped for, typhoons and tremendous rain storms, that just shows how awful and wet it is here. It's just continuous and that seems to be the difference.
We had two visitors just now. A pair of ducks, and even they looked wet and miserable, so we fed them from our window with some bread, much to Beck's amusement.
We had our meal tonight at a water mill, which seemed appropriate, and today's blip is of the three lads after dinner, two of whom are wearing their new waterproofs.
Mind you, they still look happy, which is the main thing.
I suppose we should have known it would be wet in Bath. Maybe we should have gone to Sunningdale
