House guest

We seem to be sharing our house with this rather fine, quite large by English standardx and very green lizard. It was sunning itself on the floor in one of our rooms and seemed rather affronted when I politely suggested he might move on. He certainly didn't want to move outside and scurried behind a wood burning stove.
With a diet of insects in the house he is probably rather better value to us than his many mates that are competing with us to eat the strawberries from our terrace.
