DDW's June 2014 Movie Challenge - Gone with the Wind

Well, Gone with the Wind is a famous movie about a selfish southern belle who has an affair with a blockade runner - who dumps her in the end. Its a million miles from today. Today was very very wet, and windy. Not much fun for those living in one of the less affluent areas of the red brick city, trying to get to school and work. A far cry from the wealthy rich woman who has never seen a day's work in her life. And yet, taking pictures around this area, the men are often still absent from the families on their way to school. The notion that many women still have to find ways to manage by themselves is still as relevant as it was then.
