Not quite the Spaniel

I was looking for! But J got this little chap for me a short while ago so that I could begin to save up for the real thing!
Bit of an emergency blip today as have been "grandchildrened" over at my daughters (who was delighted with her vegetable rack which was featured a few days ago) and thus returned home somewhat tired to find I'd been sent a cheque (good) but it had been made out incorrectly with the wrong surname (bad very bad).
Mucky evening looming and so I think J and I will retire to the local for supper!
