Florence

The steel workers arrived this morning, but the rain came down quite heavily so they went away again. The sun came out after they had gone, but not for long and it has rained heavily for most of the day. Fortunately the kitchen roof is now almost complete with only the odd drip or two coming in.

Dougal and Florence were not impressed with the weather and although they went outside after the steel workers had gone they very soon retreated indoors.

Today’s picture is of Florence who is oblivious to the chaos around her, she found one of her beds, which had been laid on top of an old box, which I was filling with rubbish, she pushed the bed further into the box and has been asleep there all afternoon; dreaming of KB no doubt!
