First Sail of the Year!

A beautiful sunny morning, we had breakfast in the front garden, but flat calm which is not what was needed for those of us who wanted to get out on the water! This afternoon the breeze picked up and Mike was able to take the dinghy out for its first sail.

Still some alterations to do to the rigging of the sail so it all took quite a time as each variation had to be tested - many happy hours were spent out there while Ollie and I did a bit of gardening and kept an eye on proceedings! So lovely to see it skimming along with a happy postie at its helm!
