Salad Days

Its summer, hot weather and dinner....salad. In some ways this was a little nostalgic. As a boy we always used to eat Salad at my grandmas house on Sundays, traditional ingredients back then, lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, hard boiled egg, celery and usually sliced ham. This was somewhat of a variation, but I did have English Salad cream courtesy of the British Emporium!
