Anniversary Flower Bouquet

Somehow I managed to NOT photograph, or I should say, Blip, my bouquet that Mr. Fun gave me last Thursday for our 49th wedding anniversary.

I was actually quite surprised that he gave me a floral arrangement. Last year Mr. Fun gave me a beautiful arrangement of red roses, but I sliced my wedding ring finger wide-open when I washed the very thin glass vase a week or so later when the flowers were dead. Many stitches later and minus my wedding ring, Mr. Fun told me quite emphatically that he'd not be purchasing me anymore floral arrangements.

For a year he has kept to his word. I am more than pleased that he finally went against his own judgement. He told me with all certainty that I would not be washing the vase, so I won't.

I think the flowers are lovely.
