Another reason to squeeeeeeee ...

Very productive day ... ruffeled some feathers when standing my ground, but it was well worth it. So important to nicely but firmly set some boundaries with management early in a new job. Bit like raising a puppy ... being friendly but consistent will save you lots of work later on ;-)
