My wonderful wife created this awesome dish for tonight's meal - a warm chicken,bacon and avocado salad . I literally couldn't shovel it down fast enough.

Returned to training tonight after a 2 week lay off for the toe nail removals ( see previous pics )

Toes still wrapped but no ill effects after training - RESULT !!!
